  • Low Season (June 1 to Oct 31)
    • $125–$150 per night
  • High Season (Nov 1 to May 31)
    • $150–$185 per night
  • Peak Season (Dec 19 to Jan 3)
    • $225 per night

Booking & Payments

  • Deposit: 20% deposit required at time of booking to hold reservation.
  • Payment methods accepted:
    • Zelle
    • Wise
    • Venmo
    • Cash
    • Transfer to US bank or Mexican Bank

Refund policy

If your plans change, we can offer two options. If you pay in full at time of booking, 100% of your stay will be applied to future stay. If you opt for the 20% deposit balance that is due 90 days out from the date of arrival, you will be given a full credit for future stay.
